PEMO (Pokja Estimasi Mutu Obat) is a formal discussion forum between policy makers regarding drug quality. This forum aims to provide advice and direction regarding the STARmeds study. The first PEMO meeting has been held on 14 July 2021, and the second PEMO meeting on 16 Februari 2023 with the participation from Coordinating Ministry for Human Development and Cultural Affairs (KemenkoPMK), Ministry of Health, National Agency of Drug and Food Control of Indonesia (BPOM), Badan Penyelenggaran Jaminan Sosial Kesehatan (BPJS Kesehatan), National Procurement Board (LKPP), and Regional Health Agencies, Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS), Indonesian Pharmacist Association (IAI), Indonesian Pharmaceutical Companies Association (GP Farmasi), and International Pharmaceutical Manufacturers Group Indonesia (IPMG). This event is to communicate the progress and interim results of STARmeds study and obtain responses and input from policy makers regarding interim results.
