SAG (Study Advisory Group) is a formal discussion forum between experts, academics, and practitioners regarding drug quality. The third meeting in June 2022. The aim of the meeting was to present the plan for STARmeds sample collection and to obtain further guidance for the next steps.

STARmeds officially made a partnership with PT Equilab International. PT Equilab International is the first WHO-certified CRO (Contract Research Organization) in Southeast Asia. The partnership was made through several selection process, and targeted to analyze research samples that were collected from five provinces in Indonesia.

After several methodogical design and revise, STARmeds team started the field sampling by conducting the Enumerator training. The training and sampling were starting in Jakarta and Bekasi. Later, team will fly to East Java, North Sumatera, and East Nusa Tenggara.

Setelah beberapa kali merancang dan merevisi metodologi, tim STARmeds memulai pengambilan sampel lapangan dengan melakukan pelatihan Enumerator. Pelatihan dan sampling dimulai di Jakarta dan Bekasi. Nantinya, tim akan terbang ke Jawa Timur, Sumatera Utara, dan Nusa Tenggara Timur.

Together with Indonesian Statistic Agency (BPS), Prof. Yusi Anggriani and Elizabeth Pisani brainstormed and discussed the sampling strategy in the field. The meeting was also attended by dr. Yunita as the Project Manager, and apt. Jenny as the Field Coordinator.
